I was snacking on some of that trail mix I made yesterday while I was making this morning's breakfast oatmeal, and I thought: "Why not throw some of those chocolate nibs into it?" Well, that works!
This is just oats + water (cooked in the microwave), plus a sliced banana and probably about 10-15 Taza Chocolate Covered Nibs. The chocolate coating melts into the oats, and the nibs themselves are left behind to crunch on as you eat it. A fast, easy, healthy, and delicious breakfast. :)
